All in the name of our Gurus, to regain their Chardi-kala -
"high-spirits"...
We are from a Punjabi Heritage, north India. Our community, or what we call "Ghot", otherwise like a community-line name, are known as Phat, our family maintain the sub-Ghot, which is Potiwal. By far we are the most resourceful and best cooks within the Phat community.
Why...?
In 2019 my family moved to Barcelona, by the sea.... My mum visited us a few times, which was too little.
Later in 2022, I bought a Farm!
A farm which could be in the middle of Punjab, India.
I had hoped that my mother would come, and we would cook together, by the natural well, using the Tandoori oven I made like the ones in the villages we came from.
...Sadly this was not meant to be, and my mother left this planet in December 2022.
I want my mum's happines, and legacy to be enjoyed by others.
Hence, the Nirpata Trust.
Allowing those in challenging times or conditions, with caring families to stay within the Nirpata Trust properties, 100% Free, and make their own loving memories.... After all, that and love is all we take.
